Transformative bodywork does many things but, generally, it raises our vibration by clearing away the effects of negativity that have accumulated in our physical, mental, spiritual and emotional bodies, or energy fields. In our natural, whole state, our energies are in a state of flow. Negativity disrupts this flow and creates density. This is when our vibration slows and our energy fields become weakened, sluggish and dull in color (e.g., depression is associated with gray). Over time, we experience dysfunction, dis-ease and congestion in our bodies, thought processes, emotions and, ultimately our spirit and spirituality. Eventually, our cells and energies become tightly wound. We go about our day to day lives in a perpetual state of dis-ease causing us to feel as if we are cut off from our light and flow (we are always connected). Negativity has a way of muddying the waters, one could say, but our light continues to shine brightly patiently waiting for us to clear away the debris so we can revel in and celebrate its glory. Staying in flow is a conscious intention that negativity derails. It is in our light where we feel unconditional love and joy. In essence, transformative bodywork expands our consciousness into love.
